One access fob is issued per Deer Creek Village address.
Access fobs are assigned to a specific property and may not be transferred to another address.
The first access fob is provided at no charge. Lost fobs may be replaced for the current replacement fee. The original fob will be deactivated. Applicable mailing fees may apply.
When purchasing a home, please obtain the access fob from the previous owner. If one is not provided at closing, the replacement fee will apply.
Homeowners must be in good standing, with assessments current, to receive and maintain access privileges.
Homeowners are responsible for the actions of their tenants, guests, and invitees.
Access fobs are issued only to the homeowner or an authorized agent with appropriate documentation. Homeowners are responsible for providing the fob to their tenants, if applicable.
When selling a home, homeowners are responsible for providing the access fob to the new owner.
