Deer Creek Village’s clubhouse is available to residents for birthday parties, family celebrations, meetings, and other private events. Learn about rental availability, fees, and reservation requirements below.
Step 1: Check Availability
Email DCVHOA.Clubhouse@gmail.com to check availability for your preferred date or to schedule a tour of the clubhouse.
Step 2: Verify Eligibility
Provide your name and address so we can verify that your homeowner account is in good standing.
Step 3: Complete the Rental Forms
Review, sign, and return the required rental documents:

Step 4: Submit Payment
Submit the $250 rental fee at least one week before your event. Payment instructions will be provided during the reservation process.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Event
The homeowner must remain present throughout the event and participate in the final walkthrough. Please leave the clubhouse clean and in the same condition you found it to avoid additional charges.
How much does it cost to rent the clubhouse?
The rental fee is $250.
Who can rent the clubhouse?
The clubhouse may be rented by Deer Creek Village homeowners and residents whose HOA account is in good standing.
How many people can attend my event?
The clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 150 people.
Can my guests use the pool or other recreational facilities?
No. Clubhouse rentals include use of the clubhouse only. The pool, pool patio, tennis courts, basketball court, and other recreational facilities and cannot be reserved as part of your rental.
Can I rent the clubhouse for a holiday?
No. Holiday rentals and back-to-back rental dates are not permitted.
Can I smoke inside the clubhouse?
No. The clubhouse is a non-smoking facility.
Can I use glitter or attach decorations to the walls?
No. Glitter, nails, tacks, and pushpins are not permitted and may result in additional charges.
Do I have to stay during my event?
Yes. The homeowner renting the clubhouse must remain present throughout the event and is responsible for the actions of their guests.
Will I be charged if the clubhouse isn’t cleaned after my event?
Possibly. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged if the clubhouse is not left in the same condition in which it was received.
