Before You Begin
Exterior home changes require ARC approval before work begins. This includes projects such as painting, roofing, fencing, windows, doors, driveways, landscaping, pools and other exterior changes.

1. Complete the Application
Download and complete the ARC application, including your proposed start and estimated completion dates.
2. Gather the Required Attachments
Include all required photos, drawings, surveys, color selections, product information, and any other documents for your project. Incomplete applications cannot be approved.
3. Submit Your Application
Email your completed application and all required attachments to: DEERCRVI@ciramail.com
4. Wait for Written Approval
Allow up to 30 days for review. Do not begin work or order materials until you receive written approval.
Tip: Required information varies by project. Review the project-specific matrix before submitting your application to help avoid delays caused by missing information.
